Do you have a physical store?

Unfortunately we do not have a storefront, we are entirely online. 

How long after I place my order will it be shipped?

We endeavour to have all orders out within 48hours of when the order is placed. 

How long will shipping take?

No one likes waiting weeks for your items to arrive which is why we strive to get your order dispatched as soon as possible.  

We use Australia Post and Sendle and various courier companies to deliver your orders. Delivery time depends on your location, but generally you can expect your parcel to arrive within 2 to 8 business days. 

However, with the exception of rural areas, major sales and holiday periods shipping may take a little longer than this. 

Once a courier has collected your order from us we ask that you contact them directly with the tracking information we send onto you. 

How much is Shipping?

Our shipping prices are based off weight, you will be given your shipping costs at checkout based on the amount of items you purchase. If you spend over $120, you will receive automatic free shipping. 

Do you offer local pickup?

We offer local pickup from Clyde North, in south-east Melbourne. Select the 'Local Pickup' option at checkout, and contact us via email to arrange a suitable time for pickup. When order is ready for pickup you will be notified. All pick ups are contactless and will be left in a safe place for you to collect. 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not offer international shipping. Keep up to date with our socials and we will keep you updated with any news.
